Mute swans, a large species of waterfowl, are native to Europe and Asia. Adult mute swans have all white plumage, vibrant orange bills, and black knobs above the bill.

An adult swan eats about 4 kg of aquatic vegetation every day. It may also eat small fish, frogs and insects and graze on grasses and grains
