The vehicles of the fairground attraction ‘Pegasus’ are lifted up to a max. height of 18 meters by means of a hydraulic cylinder and rotate, allowing passengers to dangle their legs and giving them the sensation of being suspended in the air. The sensation felt by the passengers is increased by constant eye contact with the viewing public, made possible because their backs are turned towards the center of the gondola. The vehicles turn around their axis at a speed of 12 revolutions per minute.
