The ferry ‘Willem de Vlamingh’ is one of the main ships of the Rederij Doeksen in Harlingen. It runs between Harlingen Haven and the island of Vlieland, a journey that takes about 90 minutes. Because Vlieland is car-free for tourists, parking is available close to the harbor.

The ferry ‘Willem de Vlamingh’ is 70 meters long and can accommodate 700 passengers. It was built in Vietnam and delivered to the Netherlands in 2020.
