During a recent photo walk through Basel’s outskirts, I saw several interesting looking silhouettes of bare trees and their branches. I was surprised how different they looked.
Some of the branches were already developing buds for leaves and flowers. Photographing them was a real challenge. Most of my shots were unbalanced and not worth seeing.
The next day I went again and more of my shots started to look interesting. I am still not able to put into words what made the difference. See for yourself.
And – no question – with that knowledge I will try again.
